Laminated from specially selected straight grain Douglas Fir for a light stiff and stable oar. Blades have a slight crown for a smooth controlled stroke. Comes with rubber oar sleeve/stopper to protect the shaft from wear. Finished with a sealer soak plus two thick coats of the finest marine grade spar varnish.
